Event

omicslink at PSI 2026, Bhubaneswar: visit us at Stall 7

We are exhibiting at the Proteomics Society of India annual meeting at the BRIC-Institute of Life Sciences, Bhubaneswar. Stall 7, 11 to 14 November 2026.

Bring a study you are planning. The scientists at the stall are the ones who scope, run and analyse projects, so a ten-minute conversation about sample numbers, acquisition strategy and what the data should deliver is the most useful thing we can offer.

On the table: ProtiFi S-Trap™ spin columns and plates, Si-Trap™ for protein and lipid from one sample, AffiniSep peptide-desalting and fractionation kits, and Nanomics Proteonano™ plasma enrichment, with protocols to take away. Ask about the new courses in proteomics, metabolomics, NGS data analysis and MD simulation, and about internships.

Pictures coming soon.

Conference

HUPO 2026 World Congress, Singapore

omicslink attended the Human Proteome Organization World Congress in Singapore, the year's main meeting for proteomics, from plasma cohorts at scale to single-cell and AI-assisted data analysis.

HUPO is where the methods we offer are first shown at scale: nanoparticle enrichment of plasma for thousand-sample cohorts, narrow-window DIA on Astral-class instruments, single-cell proteomics and the data-analysis tools that make all of it usable. We followed those sessions closely and compared notes with the groups running them.

Singapore also brought together the Asia-Pacific proteomics community, including many Indian groups. Several conversations started there are continuing as projects and collaborations; if you met us and want to follow up, write to us.

The next congress in our calendar is PSI 2026 in Bhubaneswar, Stall 7.

Partnership

omicslink becomes the authorised partner and distributor for Nanomics in India

Proteonano™ nanoparticle enrichment kits for plasma, serum, CSF, saliva, EV and secretome proteomics, and Nanomation™ automation, are now supplied in India by omicslink.

Nanomics Biotechnology develops nanoparticle protein-corona enrichment that compresses the dynamic range of plasma and other biofluids before LC-MS, giving access to thousands of proteins per sample instead of a few hundred. omicslink uses the kits in its own plasma cohorts and now supplies them in India with GST quotation and protocol support.

The partnership is listed on the Nanomics website. Kits are quoted on request from the Nanomics product page; the plasma proteomics guide explains when enrichment is the right choice.

Partnership

AffiniSep BioSPE® and AttractSPE® products now available through omicslink

omicslink is the authorised partner and distributor in India for AffiniSep solid-phase extraction: peptide desalting, fractionation, glycopeptide and metabolite kits, and fifteen SPE chemistries in tip, spin, cartridge and plate formats.

AffiniSep, based in France, manufactures the BioSPE® kits for proteomics sample clean-up and the AttractSPE® range of SPE sorbents on disks, which we use for peptide desalting and high-pH fractionation in our own workflow.

Products are quoted on request from the AffiniSep product page, and our scientists help choose the format and chemistry for the sample in hand.

Conference

HPLC 2026, Indianapolis: notes from the 55th symposium

omicslink attended the 55th International Symposium on High Performance Liquid Phase Separations and Related Techniques and met its partners ProtiFi, AffiniSep and Nanomics.

HPLC remains the meeting where separation science and mass spectrometry talk to each other. We followed the sessions on high-throughput and low-flow chromatography for proteomics, on sample-preparation automation and on data-independent acquisition on the newest Orbitrap platforms, the methods behind the services on this site.

The conference was also where we met our three product partners in one week: ProtiFi, AffiniSep and Nanomics. The discussions covered stock and lead times for India, protocol support, joint training and the products that will be added to the catalogue over the coming year.

If you were there and we did not get to talk, write to us; we are happy to continue the conversation.

Partnership

omicslink, authorised partner and distributor for ProtiFi in India, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Bangladesh

S-Trap™ digestion columns and plates, Si-Trap™ multi-omics kits, Tryp-N™ protease and the MAM kit, supplied locally with protocol support from a laboratory that runs them daily.

Suspension trapping is the digestion method behind most of the proteomics on this site: SDS-compatible, fast and reproducible from one microgram to a milligram of protein. As ProtiFi's authorised partner and distributor for India, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Bangladesh, omicslink supplies the full S-Trap™, Si-Trap™ and Tryp-N™ range with GST invoicing and local stock of the most common formats.

See the ProtiFi product page and the guide S-Trap vs FASP vs in-solution digestion.
