Cells & Tissue

  • Snap-freeze in liquid N2 within 5 min of collection
  • Store at -80°C; ship on dry ice
  • Min of 1e6 cells or 5 mg tissue per replicate
  • Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles

Biofluids (Plasma / Serum)

  • Collect in EDTA or heparin tubes
  • Centrifuge at 2000g for 10 min at 4°C
  • Aliquot and store at -80°C; ship on dry ice
  • Min 50 µL per replicate for standard proteomics

FFPE Blocks

  • Provide H&E-stained section for pathologist review
  • Min block size: 2 mm core
  • Avoid decalcification if possible
  • Include matched frozen tissue when available

DNA/RNA (Sequencing)

  • Extract using column-based purification (Qiagen recommended)
  • Ship in RNAstable or DNAstable tubes at ambient
  • Min: 100 ng DNA (WGS), 50 ng RNA (RNA-seq)
  • Provide RIN score ≥ 7 for RNA
