Authorised partner and distributor for AFFINISEP (Normandy, France) in India. BioSPE® application kits for peptide desalting, protein clean-up, basic-pH fractionation, glycopeptide and metabolite purification and bead removal, plus AttractSPE® sorbent chemistries, in tip, spin, cartridge, 96-well and 384-well formats.
Two ways in
BioSPE® is organised around what you are trying to do, clean peptides before LC-MS means PurePep, and you need not know which sorbent is inside. AttractSPE® is organised around the sorbent, for method developers who already know they need wide-pore C18 or a weak cation exchanger. Each card holds the formats, grades and pack sizes of that family: choose a format, then a grade and pack, and add it to your quote.
Tips (10 µL, 200 µL, 1 mL), µSpin, spin columns up to 50 mL, 1 to 6 mL cartridges, 96-well plates and 384-well microelution plates, so a bench method scales to cohort size without changing sorbent.
BioSPE® products come in Standard and High capacity; PurePep adds a single-cell grade. AttractSPE® devices are graded T0-T3 by sorbent bed size.
Sorbent-loaded disks keep dead volume low and flow even, the property that matters most at the 10 µL tip scale.

Applications
PurePep tips, spins and plates remove salts, buffers and detergent traces from digests so that DIA and DDA runs start clean.
DIA vs DDA 02PepFrac basic-pH reversed-phase fractionation extends single-shot depth when a study needs more than one injection per sample.
Proteomics services 0310 µL single-cell grade tips keep dead volume and surface loss to a minimum where every femtomole matters.
Single-cell guide 04PureProt and wide-pore C4/C8 chemistries clean up intact proteins before intact-mass or peptide-mapping work.
Biologics 05GlycaClean purifies released glycans and glycopeptides ahead of HILIC or reversed-phase analysis.
PTM analysis 06PureOmics extracts and purifies metabolites from plasma, urine and culture medium before LC-MS.
Metabolomics 07BeadRem plates strip residual magnetic beads from SP3 and immunoprecipitation eluates before injection.
Digestion compared 08AttractSPE® PFAS cartridges concentrate per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances from water for analytical laboratories.
